Effective up to 1,000sq.ft, the PA-777 is a portable air purifier with SIX layers of purifying power, including four different filters, to trap allergens such as pollens, ragweed, dust, dust mites and dander from spreading throughout your home to wreak havoc on your pet and family. The Electric Static Plasma Filter is 99.99% effective in trapping allergens, pollens, mold and dust. The Photo Catalyst Filter is crucial in the destruction of illnesses that may be lingering in the air. This filter restrains and deactivates the reproduction of microorganisms such as mold, bacteria, germs and viruses with TiO2. The Activated Carbon Filter exists in the PA-777 to both trap and eliminate odors. The carbon in this filter absorbs smells or odors such as tobacco smoke, pet odors, chemical scents, fumes, gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The ULPA Media Filter is the next generation of HEPA filters and is combined with the Activated Carbon and Photo Catalyst Filters. Our ULPA Media Filter is designed to trap up to 99.999% of germs, molds, bacteria, viruses, dust, pollen and any other particles that are 0.0001mm or larger. This ensures the air being passed through these units is sanitized and allergen-free. - Since our Springer pup recently showed signs of allergies and I recently investigated more holistic type approaches since the loss of our older Springer to cancer, I wanted a more natural, non-drug like approach to her allergies. Our pup would scratch her ears and I had to clean them daily (sometimes twice a day). She would chew on her feet and nails. I just knew I didn't want to start her so young on different drugs that may cause long term effects.
Annette was wonderful to work with and shipped our PetAirapy unit out right away. It has greatly improved her chewing on her feet and now I only have to clean her ears every other day and they are still improving!! Whenever she goes out she may have a slight reaction to the allergens, but within 15 minutes of coming back inside, she's doing great and showing no signs of any reaction.
I've tried other air cleaners and this is the quietest unit I've heard. Great size and covers a larger amount of square footage than the other noiser units. Plus the entire family has benefited from the cleaner air. And for those who keep house, less dust!!
- I am beyond impressed with this air purifier unit! We purchased it because our little 3 year old Chihuahua had allergies that seemed to just come out of nowhere; biting and gnawing at his feet, pads and legs, chewing between his toes, rubbing his face and eyes on the carpet, scratching at his ears, etc. We had noticed he seemed to be losing his hearing a bit and the vet said he had ear infections, probably due to allergies.
To make things even more difficiult for him, we were having rooms in our home remodeled and all of the dust, dirt, fumes, etc. seemed to really make him absolutely miserable.
We purchased the unit hoping that it would at least help him be a little more comfortable in the house - but we NEVER expected it would take his allergies away 100%! As crazy as it sounds, within 10 minutes of having the unit on in our home office or living room, our Chihuahua no longer was scratching, chewing or rubbing. His ear infections cleared up within days without any meds, which our vet was even surprised to see, and his hearing returned to normal after the infections cleared. Our vet is now considering PetAirapy's professional units for their offices and clinics.
